A Leading Technology & Service Company Specializing in Gas Conditioning & Advancement of the Energy & Biogas Industries

Biogas Upgrading Offerings

As a family-owned company with a history rooted in solving problems for their customers, one of Nacelle’s greatest assets is its service background and track record of delivering results. Nacelle provides innovative technology solutions and 24/7/365 operations and service ensuring a high level of performance and success. Nacelle is committed to gas conditioning technologies and service that meet the complex and evolving demands of the energy industry and creating new markets for the agriculture and landfill businesses.
AGRICULTURE
Nacelle is working together with RNG project developers and U.S. farms to reduce the environmental footprint of the global food supply chain.
Nacelle partners with America’s farmers to:

Nacelle collaborates with partners to sequester greenhouse gas emissions on farms and create a renewable, sustainable energy source while generating new revenue for farmers. Nacelle’s technology cleans, upgrades, and compresses biogas from organic waste captured by an anaerobic digester into renewable natural gas (RNG).

Through the anaerobic digestion process, biomethane is captured from being released into the atmosphere. Nacelle technology conditions the gas to pipeline quality RNG with a low carbon-intensity score. The compressed RNG is ready to be used in homes and vehicles that run on compressed natural gas. Nacelle’s streamlined process enables reliable speed to market and maximization of methane recovery. Nacelle’s equipment produces up to 99.5% pure RNG.

LANDFILL
Nacelle technology generates new revenue streams and reduces compliance risk for RNG project developers, landfill owners and operators while helping companies and investors meet their ESG goals.
In the United States, we continue to add millions of tons of municipal solid waste (MSW) each year to landfills. As this material decomposes, it produces large amounts of biogas. When left uncollected, this biogas is released into the atmosphere, negatively impacting the environment.
