Safety

- Gas evacuation system removes high gas pressure from hoses between stages or in an emergency
- Manual and logic-controlled Emergency Shut Down (ESD), with tethered ESD buttons and wireless control
- Excess flow valves that automate shutdowns in a rupture or critical event
- LEL (methane) monitoring and flame detection
- Optional odorant injection to help detect leaks when supplied with odorless field gas

An onboard SCADA system turns every hose reel into a data point
- Live flow, pressure, and temperature data from each hose reel
- Individual pump performance analysis in real time and post-job
- Key data and trending to evaluate Tier IV engine consumption
